As senior systems analyst, Younghoo Kim provides development skills of complex information technology servicing solutions for Zecontech's customers within industry sectors, such as financial services, investment banking, healthcare, third-party logistics, non-profit, defense contracting, multimedia, accounting, real estate, and hospitality.

Younghoo has a combination of more than eight years of experience in web application development. Younghoo has earned several professional certifications such as Microsoft MCP and HIPAA Security Professional.  He has also earned multiple specialty certifications from ASP.NET, MVC, HTML/CSS, and Javascript.

Early Life

Younghoo was born in Incheon, South Korea in 1981 and spent most of his childhood and teenage years in Korea. He studied Computer Science at DanKook University in Seoul, Korea. After 2 years of study, Younghoo served for the Korean army for 2 years.

Professional Life

After finishing his military duty at the Korean army, he set out to study in the United States. Younghoo studied English for one year, and then pursued a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC). During School, he worked as a tutor at UMBC Computer Science Help Center and served as a web team leader at his church. Also, Younghoo met his current boss Mr. Lam during this time and started his internship at Zecontech. After graduation in 2007, he became a full-time employee at Zecontech and has been working for Zecontech ever since.

Personal Life

Younghoo, and his wife, a pharmacist at Walgreens, have a baby on the way in February of 2016. On his free time, Younghoo likes to play basketball, go fishing, and spend time with his family and friends.
